Whatever your position with Étoile Ballet Theatre, teachers and choreographers drive you to achieve your goals. Everyone is treated with respect and professionalism. The goal of our artistic team is to bring out the very best from each individual dancer. Unlike many companies, our dancers are not "numbers"; our dancers are the most important part of the company and our top-level coaches work individually with each dancer to improve technically and artistically. Étoile Ballet Theatre focuses every day on making a happy and healthy environment. Along with the most famous masterpieces of the classical, contemporary and neoclassical choreographers, the company repertoire includes several original productions of Artistic Directors and international recognized choreographers Ines Albertini & Walter Angelini; their choreographies have mesmerized audiences of all ages all around the world. Last but not least a lot of dancing opportunities are given to all the dancers no matter the rank. In many Trainee Programs and Apprentice Programs, these dancers are left in the back making only poses without having the opportunity to grow their talents. Solo dances on stage are given also to Trainees and Apprentices in order to spur them on and push them to their limit.

What is the minimum age to audition?

The minimum age to audition for the Trainee Program is seventeen years old. Trainee dancers must be eighteen years old when the season starts in September. The minimum age to audition for the Professional Track is thirteen years old. Professional Track dancers must be fourteen years old when the season starts in September. Exceptions could be applied.

What does a typical schedule look like?

Étoile Ballet Theatre classes and rehearsals are five days a week. Tuesday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.
 
*The schedule may vary depending on what production the Company is rehearsing. Additional rehearsals may be scheduled. Étoile Ballet Theatre is committed to helping dancers in their careers and commitments; special arrangements are made for college students, university students and other courses.
