SNOW MAIDEN
LA FANCIULLA DI NEVE
Snegurochka is the daughter of Mother Spring and Father Frost. Father Frost loves his daughter and wants to protect her from heartache so her only friends are enchanted birds, caribou, and icicle fairies. She remains in the magical icicle forest until the pull of the human village becomes overwhelming and she ventures out and falls in love.

A journey accompanied by the famous composition by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart "Requiem". The human being is shown bare with his fragility, weaknesses and passions. The suggestive scenes and sinuous dances are open to the interpretation of the spectator who is called to face the journey together with the dancers.
