What makes "Étoile Ballet Theatre" a great and unique company?
Whatever your position with Étoile Ballet Theatre, teachers and choreographers drive you to achieve your goals. Everyone is treated with respect and professionalism. The goal of our artistic team is to bring out the very best from each individual dancer. Unlike many companies, our dancers are not "numbers"; our dancers are the most important part of the company and our top-level coaches work individually with each dancer to improve technically and artistically. Étoile Ballet Theatre focuses every day on making a happy and healthy environment. Along with the most famous masterpieces of the classical, contemporary and neoclassical choreographers, the company repertoire includes several original productions of Artistic Directors and emerging choreographers Ines Albertini & Walter Angelini; their choreographers have mesmerized audiences of all ages. Last but not least a lot of dancing opportunities are given to all the dancers no matter the rank. In many Trainee Programs and Apprentice programs, these dancers are left in the back making only poses without having the opportunity to grow their talents. Étoile Ballet Theatre, compared to other Trainee and Apprentice programs provides extra classes of Pointe, Variations, Partnering and Contemporary, to really give the opportunity to dancers to work on their technique and artistic skills. Solo dances on stage are given also to Trainees and Apprentices in order to spur them on and push them to their limit.
